Adding a new Step

When adding a new station, click on the ' + New Status' button on the grid.

On that screen, you will see a place to add the name, and what time your YELLOW and RED lights will trigger.

The value of order tells the system where to put that station in the assembly line.

In this example, we want to add 'Body Shop' between Service and 'Parts Hold' so we are going to put the order as 5250

Now when add the station, the assembly line looks as shown below. You will notice that the station got added, but there are no conveyer belts going in or out of that station.

In the next step, we will review how to add conveyer belts to and from the Body Shop step.
